While rooted in Jewish dietary laws,  Kosher Certification  today is a trusted sign of quality and care that appeals to a wide range of people, regardless of their beliefs. What Does Kosher Actually Involve? The term  Kosher Certification  comes from Hebrew, meaning “proper” or “fit to eat.” Jewish dietary laws, known as kashrut , spell out what foods are allowed and how they must be prepared.
